I finally, finally finished my next Bioexpa book. I’m not the fastest writer. I notice some other authors come out with a book a month (and sometimes more!). I don’t know how they do it. But for the first time, I didn’t have a book release last year and I feel like an explanation is needed. Especially since I announced that I was almost done last August. And I was.
I’ve been staying with my mother. She had dementia that progressed to the point that she could not be left home alone. Writing has taken a backseat the last couple of years. She passed away this February after a brief illness. She was blessed to live for ninety-three years, yet it still seems unbelievable that she’s gone.
The next Bioexpa book will be called Anaya & Niall. It still needs to be edited, but I’ll post excerpts and a publication date soon.
I’m sorry for your loss, and I send you prayers and sympathy. Losing a parent is hard, but I’m glad she had a long life and a loving daughter to care for her at the end. 🫂
